The company is located in Memphis, TN and provides answering and call center services to customers in Memphis, the Mid-South and throughout the United States. We’re “southern-friendly” without the accent. The company began as an all medical answering service and quickly began offering service to commercial customers in the second year of operation. Our initial goal, to provide a different, better answering service experience, is now a reality and is applied to every call. We were so committed to that goal that we started the company from “scratch,” a practice that continues to be uncommon in this industry.
