Everything Old is New Again

I am thrilled to launch Answering Advantage’s new website, www.answeringadvantage.com, same address, different look.  Many who previewed it responded that it was “easy to navigate” and that it felt “fresh.”  Thanks to Cathy, Sarah, Joyce, Maggie, Dave, Elizabeth and Kelly for your time and feedback.  It has been a long process, but well worth the wait.  What do you think about the new site?

There were many aspects of re-creating the site. Asking for testimonials was a very humbling experience. Like most people, I was hesitant about asking customers for feedback. You know, that little fear of rejection? I had a good feeling that we were offering a good service, based on customer retention and current customer referrals. Plus, the management team makes weekly calls to our customers to ask “How are we doing?” Still, I just did not know if I could hear someone say “I don’t think so.” Pleasantly surprising was how readily everyone responded with a “yes.” That tried and true lesson of “Don’t be afraid to ask.” really rang true for me then. It applies to all areas of our lives, personally and professionally.

Here’s a big “shout out” to the customers who have provided feedback for the website. If you’d like to be a part of the testimonials page, please let me know.

Blogging is a new adventure for me and I am excited about it. My goal is to focus on customer service, education about our service and our industry. I’ll be inviting guest bloggers who share Answering Advantage’s passion about our industry, having core values and giving the best customer service experience possible. I would be very interested to know if there is something more specific that you would like to know about Answering Advantage or this industry.
