Our commitment to customer satisfaction, industry technology and outstanding service has given us the honor to receive numerous awards.

Answering Advantage is the only answering service in the city of Memphis and the Mid-South to have earned a national award of excellence in 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 for outstanding customer service from the Association of Teleservices International. Earning this award continues to raise the bar for Answering Advantage employees and the level of customer service provided to all callers.

The award is presented annually by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI), the industry’s trade association for providers of telecommunications and call center services including telephone answering and message delivery. After six months of intensive testing, an independent panel of judges scored call-handling skills such as courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to their clients, the cornerstones of the call management industry.  If a company scored 80% or better in ALL categories, they are presented with the coveted Award of Excellence.
The Award of Excellence is a “mystery shopper” program that provides independent testing for quality assurance in customer service levels.

Now a five-time winner, Answering Advantage LLC earned the Silver Plus Award for four consecutive years. The award was also won in 2004.  ATSI extends its congratulations to the staff of Answering Advantage on their proven quality service to their customers.

Answering Advantage also received The 2008 Small Business of the Year Award at the Annual Small Business Chamber’s annual dinner on October 21, 2008.
