Answering Advantage is a woman-owned business that was started in 1997. The company is located in Memphis, TN and provides answering and call center services to customers in Memphis, the Mid-South and throughout the United States. We're "southern-friendly" without the accent. The company began as an all medical answering service and quickly began offering service to commercial customers in the second year of operation. Our initial goal, to provide a different, better answering service experience, is now a reality. We were so committed to that goal that we started the company from “scratch,” a practice that continues to be uncommon in this industry.

How are we different from other answering services? It’s simple. We are committed to you, our customer, and your callers. We believe we are an extension of your business and treat your callers the same way you would. We have a team of “agents of first impressions” that is dedicated to delivering the best service possible. Our goal is to not only provide excellent customer service every time, but to also give you the peace of mind you need and deserve when utilizing our services.

Along with our excellent customer service standards we utilize the best industry technology available today. Our call center is web-enabled and all of our calls are recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
